Privacy Policy

Lumadoodle collects no data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything your child makes and every setting you choose stays on your device.
Who we are
Lumadoodle is a drawing and colouring app for young children, made by Rowly Studios and published by The Yummy Wellness Company, LLC. If you have any question about this policy, email hello@lumadoodle.app.
What we collect
Nothing. Lumadoodle does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal information about children or adults. The app does not ask for a name, email address, photo, location or contact details, and it has no sign-in.
The app works fully offline. It makes no network connections of its own; the only time it talks to anything outside your device is when a parent chooses to buy or restore the optional upgrade, which is handled by Apple or Google (see below).
What stays on your device
To work, the app keeps a few small settings in its own storage on your phone or tablet. They never leave the device and we cannot see them:
- Display and lock preferences, such as brush size and screen-lock settings.
- How many pictures have been started today, so the free daily allowance can reset at midnight.
- If a parent turns on reminders: the chosen reminder types and times, and, if entered, a child's birthday as month and day only (no year).
Deleting the app deletes all of this.
Saving pictures to Photos
When a finished picture is saved, Lumadoodle asks for permission to add it to your Photos (iPhone and iPad) or Gallery (Android). The app only adds pictures; it does not read, browse or upload your photo library.
Notifications
Reminders are off unless a parent turns them on behind the parent gate. They are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push service, server or notification provider is involved, and they contain no advertising.
Purchases
Lumadoodle is free to start. One optional in-app purchase unlocks everything. Purchases and restores are reached only through an adult parent gate and are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your name, payment details or account information — the store only tells the app that the upgrade is owned on this device.
No advertising, analytics or tracking
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no third-party software development kits that collect data, and no tracking across apps or websites. It has no links a child can follow out of the app, no chat and no sharing with other users.
Children's privacy
Lumadoodle is designed for children aged 5 and under and is built so that no personal information is collected from them. Because we collect nothing, we hold no data about your child to review, correct or delete. We follow the principles of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the requirements of Apple's Kids Category and Google Play's Families policy.
This website
lumadoodle.app is a simple information page. It uses no cookies, forms or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the app ever needed to collect any data, we would update this policy and the store privacy labels before that version was released.
